Meet the team
Jessica Lokker
Founder Photowalks Bansko & guideJessica is a Dutch photographer that lived and worked for 10+ years in different countries, all over the world, and is since 2021 based in Bansko, Bulgaria. Former (video) journalist, but now helps travel agencies, tourism boards and accommodations with content marketing. Big outdoor lover, so you can often find her in nature hiking, trail running, surfing, snowboarding, canyoning or bouldering.
Did you answer 3 times yes? That’s great, because we are always looking for people to join the Photowalks Bansko team! Please send your resumé (with relevant photography & social skills) and motivation to jessica[at]photowalksbansko.com with the mail title “TEAM”. You don’t need to be a professional photographer, but you need to be able to answer some common questions about photography terms and camera settings. Of course I can help you out with the basics.
Don’t worry about the photowalks; I will give you an explanation before you start and will guide you through everything you need & want to know. You can guide some of the existing photowalks, but I’m also more than happy to brainstorm and create your own (themed) photowalk.
